Shipping & Delivery
- We offer next day delivery to Dubai and UAE with a minimum order of AED 199 (excluding special occasions like Valentine’s Day). Delivery fee is AED 55 to Dubai and AED 100 to other cities.
- We also offer same day express delivery for additional AED 100 if order is placed before 1 pm. During peak seasons, extra charges may apply.
- Personalized & Design Cakes cannot be delivered on the same day.
- Our delivery timings are between 9 am to 6 pm. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time, however you can request in the ‘Special Instructions‘ box for a specific time-frame and we will try our best to deliver during that time frame.
- We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date and during the delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to traffic, parking difficulties or delays from previous orders / deliveries.
- A few products may not be available for same day delivery. Such information is given in the respective product page & in the terms & conditions. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to the designated recipient’s address.
- All Edible items must be consumed immediately or shortly after delivery otherwise stored in Fridge at all times. We are not held responsible if the edible items are left for a period of time after which they are expired. This includes cakes, chocolates, bakery items and all edible packed items inside packaging.
